Tommy Baker held several management positions and has excelled as a top management and operational producer both locally, regionally and internationally in support of global markets.  Some of the positions including Executive Director, Floresville Economic Development Corporation, Executive Director, Belton Economic Development Corporation, Regional Director, UTPB SBDC REGIONAL BUSINESS AND JOBS CREATION AND LAUNCH PROGRAMS, President/COO, CEI, Inc. and V.P., Trust Real Estate Asset Division Manager, Texas Commerce Bank.

Tommy graduated with a M.B.A. (Business Management-Major) from St. Edward’s University, Austin, Texas and BBA (Business Management-Major) from the University of Houston.

Tommy is also a distinguished military graduate Army ROTC, and a Vietnam Era Veteran of the United States Army serving as a 1st Lieutenant.

In July 2020, Tommy assumed the role of Business Development Specialist with UTSA Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) funded by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), providing technical assistance to business owners to expand their business into federal, state, regional, county, and local markets with government, prime contractors, and military installations.
