Bid Match is an automated system that searches for new federal, state, and local Government contracting opportunities on daily basis and delivers matching opportunities to your designated email inbox.
*Bid Match currently searches for bid opportunities from over 2200 agencies across the country and across the globe. Of those approximately 100 are from the State of Texas.

Bid Match begins by creating a detailed profile of your company, which may include the following information:
- Industry Keywords
- Product Service Codes (PSC)
- Federal Service Codes (FSC)
- National Stock Numbers (NSN)
- Standard Industrial Classification System (SIC) codes
- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)
- Geographic Area
Bid Match can help expand your customer base in three different ways:
- Daily Internet Listing of contract opportunities
- Names of potential customers who buy your products and services
- Subcontracting opportunities with primes on major contracts
*The cost for the annual Bid Match subscription service is $100.00.
Interested?
To be eligible for the UTSA Apex Accelerator Bid Match service, you will be required to complete a 641 Client Intake Eligibility Form and become a UTSA APEX Accelerator Client, which is “no cost”. Once you become a UTSA APEX Accelerator Client, and you are assigned an advisor, all you need to do is fill out the attached form provided you by the APEX Accelerator advisor, and we will ensure to reach out to you as soon as we receive it from you. To that, you will complete the attached Bid Match application form, including all applicable sections using a combination of keywords, NAICS, Product Service Codes (PSC) & Federal Supply Codes (FSC) codes, and other supplemental data. However, if you need assistance completing your Bid Match application, please contact your assigned Primary UTSA APEX Accelerator Advisor.
Upon completion of the Bid Match application form, please return your form directly to your Primary UTSA APEX Accelerator advisor in support of reviewing your Bid Match application, prior to setting up your company profile in the Bid Match system.
Payment:
Upon verifying your completed Bid Match application form, the UTSA APEX Accelerator Program Specialist will contact you to execute & process your credit card payment in support of setting up your Bid Match profile in the Bid Match, Outreach Systems.
*Due to COVID 19, and University personnel operating “essential remote” off-site, checks and other forms of payments are not authorized at this time in support of processing your application.
Renewals:
Upon the anniversary date of your Bid Match subscription service, the UTSA APEX Accelerator Program Specialist will forward you an email reminding you that your Bid Match Subscription service will be expiring within the designated month. To that, you have an opportunity to renew your Bid Match subscription with a completion of a new Bid Match form in support of subscription renewal. Upon receiving the completed subscription renewal form, and payment is received, processed, we will move forward to renew your Bid Match account, effective the date entered in our Bid Match system.
